An individual may fill out an expungement order with the Court Clerk’s office in order to remove an arrest from their criminal history. Expungement orders are only available under certain circumstances. There is no cost if the case is dismissed, $100.00 for all others. The expungement order must be approved by the Judge. It will then be sent to the State of Tennessee in order to complete the process of expunging the record. For questions regarding expungement orders contact the Court Clerk:
