The Zoning Board of Appeals is responsible for hearing requests for zoning changes or variances. The board is made up of members appointed by the mayor. Meetings are scheduled after receiving a zoning change or variance request.
Requests for a change in zoning or for a variance are made by filling out an application obtained at city hall and submitting a fee of $100.00.
