City Recorder/Human Resources Manager

The city recorder is responsible for taking notes of the business transacted at each regular, adjourned, and special meeting of the city council. The city recorder is the assistant to the city manager and is also the human resources manager for the city.. The city recorder is the custodian of the records of the city.
