Traffic Safety, K-9, and DARE
Special services within the Collegedale Police Department include the Traffic Safety and K-9 divisions. Sergeant Brian Hickman is responsible for DUI enforcement, seat belt checks, and speed reduction within the city. Contact Sergeant Hickman for complaints regarding speeding problems in your area of the city.
Corporal David Holloway and his K-9 partner Drake assist in the detection of narcotics, pursuing fleeing suspects, and back up for officers.
DARE (Drug Abuse Resistance Education) is conducted by Sergeant Darrell Hannah in schools in Collegedale. Sergeant Hannah instructs students on the dangers of drugs and how to stand up against drug use. |
