New residents to Tennessee or residents who have changed their address need to contact the Hamilton County Election Commission in order to register to vote. Their office is located at 700 River Terminal Road. They can be contacted at (423)493-5100 or at their web site at elect.hamiltontn.gov. All residents of Collegedale vote at the Collegedale Municipal Building located at 4910 Swinyar Drive.
