City of Collegedale Building Inspections, Codes & Safety

The Building, Codes, and Safety Department is responsible for issuing permits and inspecting structures constructed in the City of Collegedale. Codes enforcement and compliance is another responsibility of the department. The City of Collegedale has adopted the 2003 International Building Code and the 2002 National Electric Code (beginning in September 2010 the City of Collegedale will use the 2005 National Electric Code).
