Court Day Information

The City of Collegedale has court every Wednesday at 2 pm for incarcerated defendants and 3 pm for the remaining defendants on the docket. 

All persons entering the courtroom will adhere to the rules listed in the "Courtroom Rules" section including wearing the proper attire.

The Court Clerks Office will stop taking phone calls at 2 pm once court starts on Wednesdays.    Any voicemails left after 2 pm on the day of court will be returned the following business day. 

We DO NOT reschedule on the day of court.  Any rescheduling requests need to be submitted no later than the Tuesday before your court date.  Rescheduling will be at the discretion of the Court Clerk's Office.

NO PAYMENTS WILL BE TAKEN AFTER 2PM ON COURT DAY.  IF YOU NEED TO MAKE A PAYMENT, YOU WILL NEED TO WAIT UNTIL YOUR NAME IS CALLED FOR COURT.  LET THE JUDGE KNOW AT THAT TIME THAT YOU NEED TO PAY.
