Biography

In addition to serving the City of Collegedale, Mayor Lloyd is also employed as the Major Gifts Officer for the Aircraft Owners & Pilots Association (AOPA). He is a commercial pilot and flies regularly at the Collegedale Airport, which he regards as one of the city’s greatest assets. For the last 29 years, he has also served as the Senior Pastor for Chattanooga Church.

He and his wife, Joyce, have 3 grown children and 2 grandchildren. In their free-time, they enjoy travel and spending time with family in Collegedale’s parks and greenways.
