NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE CITY OF COLLEGEDALE Board of Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing on February 6, 2012 beginning at 6p.m. at the Collegedale Municipal Building, 4910 Swinyar Drive, Collegedale, Tennessee.  The purpose of this public hearing is to gain input on Ordinance #793.  Ordinance #793 is an Ordinance to annex certain territory described more accurately as Hamilton County Tax Map 140 Parcel 160.07 and to incorporate the same within the corporate boundaries of the City of Collegedale, Tennessee.

The public is invited and encouraged to attend.

Owner: City of Collegedale
 
Sealed bids for the construction of a gravity sewer line will be received by the City of Collegedale, Tennessee, at City Hall, 4910 Swinyar Drive, PO Box 1880, Collegedale, TN 37315 until 11:00 AM, February 20, 2012.
 
The project consist of the furnishing materials and installing approximately 762 lf of 8" diameter gravity sewer and 3 manholes with associated appurtenances in the City of Collegedale.
 
The information of Bidders, Forms of Bids, Form of Contract, Plans and Specifications may be examined at the Collegedale City Hall. Copies of the information may be obtained at the Collegedale City Hall upon a payment of $50.00 which is not refundable.
 
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any, any part or all of the bids, and to extend the date for the receipt of bids.
 
Bidders must comply with all Local, State and Federal requirements for bidding, construction or installation of the work. Bidders must comply with all conditions provided in the Information for Bidders.
