Collegedale Community Fest -- benefiting the American Cancer Society
Sunday, March 21 from 2-8p.m.
at Veterans Memorial Park in Collegedale.

‘Relay For Life’ is a fun-filled, family friendly event designed to celebrate survivorship, remember those who have lost the battle and fight back to increase awareness and raise funding for the cure!  This event is known around the globe as the “Purple for the Passion”– which is also for all forms of cancer.

During the event, teams of people take turns walking or running laps. Each team tries to keep at least one team member on the track at all times.
Volunteers are needed to help in organizing the event and to handle logistics, promotions, children’s activities, sponsorship and team recruitment.  

All proceeds raised from the event supports American Cancer Society research, education, advocacy and patient service programs.
