City of Collegedale

Recycling bins are located at the Collegedale Public Works Department on Sanborn Drive. Sanborn Drive is the first turn to the right, at the old city sign, east of the crest of the Apison Pike Pass through White Oak Ridge. Follow the signs to the recycling center, which is on the right.

The recycling center is open:

• Sunday 1:00pm to 6:00pm
• Tuesday 1:00pm to 6:00pm
• Wednesday 10:00am to 6:00pm
• Friday 1:00pm to 6:00pm.

The recycling center is closed on Monday, Thursday, Saturday and holidays.

Accepted Materials

Please rinse cans and bottles and remove all bottle caps.

• #1 plastic bottles (clear)
• #2 plastic bottles (opaque)
• Aluminum and tin cans
• Cardboard
• Mixed paper
• Newspaper
• Used petroleum oils.

• Glass
• Antifreeze 
• TV's
• Non Flat screen Computer monitors
• Commercial Recycling
